1. Eligibility
- Employers must be registered businesses or authorized hiring representatives.
- Recruiters must be pre-vetted and approved by EasyHyre.
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Services Provided
- Employers can post vacancies and connect with a network of recruiters.
- Recruiters can submit candidates for relevant openings.
- EasyHyre provides matchmaking, contract management, and automated collections.
3. Payment Terms
- Employers agree to pay a success-based commission when a candidate is hired.
- Payments are facilitated through EasyHyre’s automated collections system.
- Recruiters receive payouts only after employer confirmation of hiring.
- Delayed or failed payments may result in account suspension.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Employers and recruiters are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information.
- Fraudulent activities (fake candidates, misleading job descriptions, etc.) will result in termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform features, designs, algorithms, and branding belong to Hyrefox Consultants Ltd. (EasyHyre).
6. Limitation of Liability
EasyHyre acts as an intermediary and is not liable for hiring outcomes, disputes, or employment-related issues.
7. Termination of Account
EasyHyre reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
